The system

Four operations, one continuous loop.

HeartCore runs quietly underneath your day. No habits to learn. No data to interpret. The only moment it asks for your attention is a tap at the wrist — and even that asks for one second, not a feature interaction.

I

Sense

Heart rate, HRV, and motion — passively — from Apple Watch. Over the first week, HeartCore learns your personal physiological baseline. Not a population average. Yours.

II

Detect

When you enter Prep or Live mode, the system watches for meaningful deviations. Trajectory, rate-of-change, multi-signal agreement. Patterns relative to you — not raw thresholds.

III

Cue

When the state breach is confident and the context is real, a single discreet haptic on the wrist. No screens. No copy. A reminder to breathe, slow, and re-access clarity.

IV

Reflect

After the moment, a brief reflection: outcome, state, recovery. Over weeks, the system surfaces your activation patterns and recovery signatures.

HeartCore evaluates deviation from your rolling personal baseline, requires multi-signal agreement, and degrades gracefully when signals drop out. HRV is the primary signal when available; heart rate and motion carry the system when it isn't.
